BECOME AN IHA PATIENT
IHA is only accepting new patients by referral from currently active patients. New patient enrollment will depend on available openings.
The IHA main phone number is 207-351-8704. The IHA fax number is 207-351-2575. We ask that medical records consisting of more than 20 pages be mailed to our office. Please do not have medical records sent to IHA until your patient status has been confirmed.
